【摘要】 目的　了解恶性淋巴瘤骨髓侵犯发生率、临床分期、病理类型及其与预后的关系。方法　312例恶性淋巴瘤患者行骨髓涂片检查,其中153例同时行骨髓活检切片检查。结果　312例恶性淋巴瘤患者骨髓涂片发现骨髓侵犯发生率为21.5%,其中153例同时做骨髓涂片与骨髓活检切片,发现骨髓侵犯率分别为20.9%和33.3%。骨髓侵犯以弥漫型小淋巴细胞、弥漫型裂细胞和淋巴母细胞多见,以、期患者多见。结论　骨髓活检可提高恶性淋巴瘤骨髓侵犯诊断率。骨髓侵犯主要与病理组织学类型及临床分期有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of bone marrow (BM) involvement with clinical stages,pathological types and prognosis of malignant lymphoma (ML),and to assess diagnosis rate of BM involvement by BM aspiration and by BM biopsy.Methods The smears of BM aspiration were examined in 312 cases of ML,among which 153 cases of BM biopsy were examined,were analysed.Results The rate of BM involvement in 312 cases of ML was 21.5%,the diagnosis rate of BM involvement was 20.9% and 33.3% by BM aspiration and by BM biopsy respectively in 153 cases,and BM involvement occured most frequently in diffuse small lymphocyte lymphoma,diffuse cleaved cell lymphoma and lymphoblast lymphoma.It was also found that the rate of BM involvement with stage Ⅲ Ⅳ lymphoma was higher than that with stage Ⅰ Ⅱ.Conclusions The results suggested that BM biopsy may raise the diagnostic rate of BM involvement in ML.BM involvement was related to the histopathologic type and clinical stage of ML.\;更多还原
