毒鼠强快速化学检测方法研究
A Study of the Chemical Method on Rapid Detection of Tetramine
【摘要】 [目的 ] 研究毒鼠强快速化学定性、定量检测方法。 [方法 ] 采用苯、或丙酮提取样品中的毒鼠强 ,以硫酸变色酸或盐酸苯肼法定性 ,硫酸变色酸法定量。 [结果 ] 检测下限达 0 .5 μg/ 5 .0 ml,线性范围为 0 .5~ 10 μg/5 .0 ml,相关系数 r=0 .9994,相对标准偏差 RSD为 1.0~ 4.9% ,常见阴阳离子不干扰 ,回收率达 95 %以上。 [结论 ] 该法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高 ,经济、实用性强 ,是一种较为理想的毒鼠强检测方法
【Abstract】 Objective] To establish a rapid chemical method for quantitative and qualitative detection of tetramine.[Methods] Tetramine in samples is extracted to solvents of benzene or acetone, and sulphuric acid-chromotropic acid or phenylhydrazine is used for both quantitative and qualitative analysis.[Result] The detectable limit found to be 0.5 μg /5 ml. The linear range of the standard curve is 0.5~10 μg/5 ml. Correlation coefficient r=0 9994, RSD is 1.0~4 9% with its strong specificity, the method is not subject to interference of common anions or cations, recovery rate of added standard above 95%.[Conclusion] This method is characterized by simplicity, rapidity, accuracy, high senitivity, economy and practicality, is an ideal way of tetramine detection.
