复合真菌多糖抗肿瘤作用研究

【摘要】 对复合真菌多糖作为保健食品的抑癌作用进行评价,并初步研究其作用机制。[方法]选用小鼠S180肉瘤及Lewis肺癌移植性肿瘤模型,以《保健食品功能学评价程序和检验方法》为实验依据。[结果]复合真菌多糖0.33 g/kg、1.00 g/kg剂量组对小鼠移植性S180肉瘤及Lewis肺癌抑制率两次均达到30%以上.复合真菌多糖0. 33 g/kg组可显著增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率,1. 00 g/kg组对小鼠 NK细胞活性也有明显增强作用人[结论]复合真菌多糖对小鼠 S180肉瘤及 Lewis肺癌有明显的抑癌效应,其机制可能与调节机体的免疫功能,提高机体的免疫监视作用有关。

【Abstract】 To evaluate the antineoplastic effect on compound fungal polysaccharide (OFP) as health food and study its principle. [Methods ] According to (Procedures and methods of function evaluation for health food) of health ministry, select the mice bearing transplanted cancer of S180, sarcoma and Lewis lung cancer as animal models. [Result ] The inhibitory rate of mice transplanted S180 sarcoma and Lewis lung cancer in CFD 0. 33 g/ kg and 1. 00/kg. Bw Group were both above 30% for twice. The CFP 0. 33 g/kg BW and l/00 g/kg BW group could in crease the phagocytic activities of perltoneal macrophanges to chicken RBC and foe activities of NK cells of mice respectively. [Conclusion ] The CFP has a distinct antineoplastic effect on mice transplanted S180, sarcoma and Lewis lung cancer, the mechanism may have relationship with its regulating the immunologic function and Improving the immunosurveillance of mice.
