【摘要】 [目的 ]　了解我省腹泻患者中是否存在EAggEC感染。 [方法 ]　采用放射性α3 2 P标记的EAggEC核酸探针与分离菌杂交 ,并作HeLa细胞粘附试验。 [结果 ]　从某婴儿腹泻患者粪便分离出EAggEC ,该菌培养特征及生化反应与普通大肠杆菌基本相同 ,IMVC ++--;核酸探针及细胞粘附试验均为阳性 ,该菌对昆明小鼠表现较强的致病力。 [结论 ]　首次在我省分离到EAggEC。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] In order to understand if there was EAggEC infection in the diarrheal patients in Hulan Province. [Result] A strain EAggEC was isolated from the stool samples of a boby diarrhead patient. This bacteria’s training featune and biachemical rection were like the ordinary E. coli.
