骨盆泪痕的X线解剖学研究

【摘要】 目的 确定骨盆 X线片泪痕影像的解剖学结构并探讨其临床意义。方法 制作一完整干燥成人骨盆 ,在 X线投照下找出构成泪痕的结构部位 ;拍摄 1 97名正常成人正位骨盆片 ,测量相关数据。结果 构成泪痕下端弧型影为髋臼切迹前端的柱状骨皮质重叠影 ,泪痕外侧脚为髋臼切迹处向髂前上棘方向延伸之骨皮质重叠影 ,内侧脚则是由构成外侧脚所对应盆面骨皮质重叠影形成。结论 构成泪痕的结构为髋臼窝前下方处的内、外骨皮质影。泪痕宽与髋臼窝的前下方厚度有关 ,与髋臼窝底的厚度无关。泪痕宽及泪痕外侧脚与股骨头下端处之髋关节间隙 ,在同性的左、右侧间无显著差异 ,但却有显著的性别差

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anatomical structure of tear strains of pelvis in X ray image and their significance in clinical. Methods The structures and positions of tear strains were found by X rayimage from the composed dried pelvis. The related data were obtained from 197 normal adults’ X ray images by callipers. Results The arc image under tear strain was considered as the superimposed image of column bone lying on the anterior inferior part of acetabular notch. The outer foot of tear strain was a superimposed image formed by the acetabular notch extending to anterior superior iliac spine, while the inner foot was a superimposed image formed by pelvis surface bone cortexoppositing to the corresponding part of outer foot. Conclusion Tear strains were formed by inner and outer surface bone cortex in the anterior inferior part of acetabular notch. The width of tear strain has something to do with the thickness of anterior inferior part acetabular notch, but nothing to do with the thickness of the bottom of acetabular notch. The width of tear strain and gap between outer foot of tear strain and anterior inferior part of acetabular notch have no obvious difference between the right and the left of same individuals, but remarkable differences between different sexes.
