涡流检波器测试系统研制
Development of eddy geophone measuring system
【摘要】 阐述了涡流检波器的基本原理,提出了一种涡流检波器特性参数识别算法。基于涡流检波器的数学模型和特性曲线(幅频特性曲线及相频特性曲线),识别出检波器的固有频率、阻尼、灵敏度、上限频率等特性参数。在此基础上设计了涡流检波器特性测量系统,研制了相应的软件。检测结果表明,该方法性能优良,可用于工程大批量在线检测。
【Abstract】 The paper proposes a new method to identify geophone’s characteristic parameters on the basis of the eddy geophoneprinciple. Geophone characteristic paramters such as national frequency, damping, sensitivity, upper frequency can beidentified by use of mathematical model and characteristic curve of the eddy geophone. The measuring system isdeveloped and used in measuring eddy geophone’ characteristic curve and identifying characteristic parameters. Theresults demonstrate the system’s excellent qualities.
