【摘要】 目的:探讨胸部撞伤的X线征象及动态观察。材料与方法:对50例胸部撞伤后患者的不同的X线征象及病变吸收痊愈过程进行了分析。结果:胸部撞伤肺内主要征象有1、肺纹理增多、模糊夹杂斑片影2、斑片及大片状密度增高影3、云雾状增高影4、肺不张。肺外主要征象有①胸腔积液及气胸②纵隔血肿、气肿及皮下枳气③骨骼损伤。结论:肺内损伤吸收时间为6—22天与胸膜损伤吸收时间基本相同。肺不张膨张时间为7—10天。更多还原
