【Abstract】 The protective effects of hyperin on culture myocardial cells were observed. Hyp 12 5 μg/mL protected cell membranes of myocardial cells against injury by DOX, and less LDH was released;50, 12 5 μg/mL could prevent injury of myocardial cells from MMC and chemico reperfused injury; 50 μg/mL could also protect myocardial cells from hypoxia.更多还原
