【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of phenol red in rat′s small intestine circulation solution. Dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used at 558 nm and 570 nm. 0 1 mol/L NaOH was selected as the solvent.The calibration curve was linear in the range from 1 to 8 mg/L . The recoveries were 99 88%～99 99%. The within day precision was 0 51%～1 27% and the day to day precision was 0 58%～2 29%. This method can be used to determine phenol red in rat′s small intestine circulation.更多还原
