【Abstract】 This article is a review about the characters of Agrobacterium rhizogenes ,the structure and function of its Ri plasmid,the transferring method of hairy root,the feature of culture material from hairy root and the application of Ri plasmid to plant secondary metabolites.The result shows that utilizing hairy root culture is a new effective method to produce plant secondary metabolites.更多还原
