【Abstract】 The preventive and therapeutic effects of TL on chronic atrophic gastritis induced by ammonia were investigated.The histopathological changes were observed at the end of the experiment,the results showed that the significant increases in the thickness of mucosa、RAS(+) and parietal cell number were present in TL(0 4 or 0 8 g/kg,ig)groups after prolonged effect of 0 015% ammonia water on gastric mucosa in rats,the mucosal epithelial cell and parietal cell lesions were significantly decreased in the TL group when compared with the model group.更多还原
