【Abstract】 Dyclonine hydrochloride gels were prepared by the combination of the drug,5% Tween 80 as the solubilizing agent and the base composed of Carbomer.A UV spectrophotometry was used for the quantitative determination of dyclonine hydrochloride in the gels.The average recovery was 100 9%, and RSD ,0 58%.The drug release pattern from the gels was in accord with the Higuchi equation.更多还原
