【Abstract】 A high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the quantitative determination of baicalin in human plasma is presented. The method has been carried out by using the NUCLeosilC 18 column and methanolwateracetic acid as the mobile phase. The method proved to be simple and sensitive with good specificity, precision and accuracy. 95.0%,88.7% and 94.2% at three different concentrations of baicalin were the recoveries. The determination of combining percentage of protein with baicalin provided experimental evidence for suggestion of rational administration.更多还原
