【Abstract】 The solubility in different solvents, the oil/water detached coefficient and pKa value of baicalin were determined by UV spectrophotometry for the study of its absorption in vivo. The results showed that the higher solubility values of baicalin were 1 569 μg/mL and 1 458 μg/mL in methanol and ethanol, while the oil/water detached coefficient was higher in acid solvent,the pKa value of baicalin was 5.047.更多还原
