【Abstract】 The first derivative ratio spectrometry was used for the determination of the procaine hydrochloride injection.According to the first derivative ratio spectrum of the procaine hydrochloride,the peak valley method was applied for the determination at 221 and 231 nm.There was a good linear correlation between the first derivative ratio spectrum value and concentration(5～30 μg·mL -1 ) for the method that could eliminate the disturbance of its decomposition to para aminobenzoic acid,and there are no differences while comparing the method with the Pharmacopeia method( P >0 05).更多还原
