【Abstract】 Improved intestinal absorption experiments of rats(in situ, in vitro) were used to study the absorption of the perilla oil emulsion.It was found that there was a rapid intestinal absorption for the emulsion and no marked difference of the absorptive rate between rats with and without ligated bile duct.Observation results showed that the transport mechanism of this emulsion at three concentrations was passive diffusion.There were no marked differences among the absorptive rate constants of the emulsion in the different parts of rats′ small intestines (upper,middle,lower).更多还原
