【Abstract】 At present we should take the effective measures and foster the creative spirit of College students.All these mentionde above are the solutions to the new challenges of world-wide scientific revolution,and also they are the necessary factors country and to realize the great target for stepping into the new century.Therefore,the managements in universities must deepen the reform in teaching and learning,the bilateral activities.They should focus their attentions on fostering the creative spirit of college students,not only in the course of Quality Education,but in the whole process of the bilateral activities.更多还原
