【摘要】 目的　探讨氯沙坦对原发性高血压患者尿酸的影响。方法　原发性高血压 31例在常规钙拮抗剂治疗 1周后 ,随机分治疗组加用氯沙坦 ,对照组不加用 ,比较两组血清尿酸 ,尿尿酸测值。结果　治疗组血清尿酸水平降低。结论　氯沙坦能降低血清尿酸水平 ,增加泌尿系尿酸排泄更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Losartan on uric acid essential hypertension patients. Methods After routine treatment with calcium antagonist for one week, Thirty one inpatients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. One group of patients received Losartan . Results In Losartan treated group, serum uric acid value decreased Conclusions Losartan used decrease patient’s serum uric acid value and increase patient’s urinary excretion of uric acid.更多还原
