【摘要】 目的　了解公众对全科医生服务的需求与方式。方法　用自行设计问卷对南京市某社区 15 38名不同年龄和职业的人群进行调查。结果　 94 3%的被调查者认为全科医生的工作很重要 ;不少于 95 %以上的被调查者认为全科医生应能进行常见躯体和心理疾病诊疗和开展健康教育等工作 ;大多数被调查者希望全科医生能采用家庭走访式或坐等式诊疗相结合的方法。结论　全科医生重要性被越来越多的社区人群所接受更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To get a knowledge of the public demands on general practitioner’s service and service mode.Method To conduct the survey by sending out a questionnaire to 1538 people of different ages and occupations from a community in Nanjing.Results 94.3% of the surveyed people thought that general practitioners’work is important and more than 95% holded that general practitioners should be able to handle common diseases and psychological disorders and open up the task of health education.They should adopt the service mode by either home visit or open door clinic.Conclusion More and more people are coming to realize the importance of general practitioners in community health service更多还原
