【摘要】 目的　探讨醋酸甲孕酮对作业工人健康的影响。方法　对观察组和对照组按统一要求询问职业接触史、疾病史、家属史等 ,以及较全面的体格检查 ,同时进行血液流变学、凝血酶原时间、谷丙转氨酶等及B超肝脏声像图的观察。结果　观察组血液流变异常、凝血酶原时间缩短发生率与对照组比较有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;观察组B超声像显示肝脏光点增粗发生率与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　高浓度醋酸甲孕酮对作业工人血液流变、凝血功能及肝脏有一定损伤作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the health effect on workers occupationally exposed to medroxyprogesterone. Method: Questionary survey and physical examination including blood rheology,prothrombin time,ALT and B type ultrasonograph of liver were conducted in both exposed and controlled groups.Results: The occurrence of abnormal blood rheology and decreaed prothrombin time was found in exposed group with significant difference ( P<0.01 )as compared to controlled group.In exposed group ,the incidence of abnormal hepatic ultrasonic image was more obvious than the controlled group with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Some adverse effects on the blood rheology, blood coagulation and liver are present in workers exposed to high concentration of medroxyprogesterone更多还原
