【摘要】 目的　探讨影响胎儿脐血NK细胞活性的因素。方法　采用台盼蓝染色法检测NK细胞活性 ,脐血MNC用Ficoll分离液离心获得。结果　经液氮 (- 196℃ )冻存后脐血NK活性比冻存前显著提高。结论　提示超低温能解除抑制脐血NK细胞活性的因素更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate factors that affect NK cells activity of fetal cord blood.Methods MNCs were isolated by Ficoll seperation,and NK cells activity is assayed with Trypanblue dying.Results NK cells activity of ten fetal cord blood frozen with liquid-nitrogen increased significantly compared with that pre-frozen.Conclusion It suggests that deep-frozen may relieve effect of depression factors on cord blood NK cells activity.更多还原
