208名升主动脉内径>3.0cm者相关因素研究
An interrelated cause study on ascending aorta diameter larger than 3. 0cm in 208 cases
【摘要】 目的 本文对升主动脉内径大小危险因素分析。方法 收集相关因素,如性别、年龄、高血压史及吸烟史,并记录其血压、心率、室间隔厚度、各房室内径、E/A比值、升主动脉内径与后壁振幅以及血糖、血脂、血尿素氮、血肌酐等检查,然后分成<45岁、45~59岁、≥60岁三个组和左室壁肥厚组(简称肥厚组)与对照二个亚组,观察影响升主动脉内径大小的相关因素,并进行统计学处理。结果 ①随年龄的增长,升主动脉内径逐渐扩大;振幅逐渐缩小(P<0.001)。②肥厚组升主动脉内径大于对照(P<0.001),其收缩压和舒张压分别高于对照组(P均<0.001)。③年龄相同时,肥厚组与对照组升主动脉内径大小相关因素是血压(P<0.001),年龄大于46岁时,肥厚组与对照组升主动脉内径差异明显(P<0.001),但升主动脉后壁振幅则差异不明显。结论 ①升主动脉内径随年龄的升高呈扩大趋势,而后壁振幅则逐渐缩小。②高血压者升主动脉内径大于无高血压者。③升主动脉内径扩大与E/A比值下降相一致。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the affected causes of the degree of ascending aorta diameter. Methods To collect interrelated causes such as sex,age,history of hyertension and smoking, record blood pressure, heart rate, partition of ventricle diameter,E/A rate,ascending aorta diameter and amplitude of vibration of posterior wall and examine BS, blood lipid,BUN, Cr,etc. Then the cases were divided into < 45 years old, 45 - 59 years old and > 60 years old three groups and thick left ventricle wall and control two subgroups. Results 1. Ascending aorta diameter increased as age goes on and the amplitude of vibration was fallen than control group (P <0. 001). 2. In thick subgroup ascendingaorta diameter was larger than contol group (P<0. 001). Their systolic and dias-tolic pressure also higher than control (P< 0.001). 3. In same age thick group and contol interrelated cause was blood pres-sure(F<0. 001). As ages were >46 year’s old , ascending aorta diameter was significative difference in thick group and contol (P <0. 001) but the amplitude of vibration of ascending aorta posterior wall not different. Conclusion 1. Ascending aorta diameter, as age goes on,was increased. But posterior wall vibration was tallen. 2. The ascending aorta diameter was larger in the high blood pressure patients than normal cases. 3. It was similar that ascending aorta diameter increased and E/A rate fell.
