【摘要】 目的　观察乳清蛋白水解配方奶粉治疗牛奶蛋白过敏性湿疹的临床效果。方法　选择临床诊断为牛奶蛋白过敏性湿疹 37例 ,用乳清蛋白水解配方奶粉替代普通配方奶粉对患者进行膳食治疗 1～ 12个月 ,比较治疗前后过敏性湿疹及营养状态的变化。结果　治疗后 37例血嗜酸细胞计数 (EC)和皮肤特应性皮炎范围及严重度指数 (ADASI)均明显减少 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,相对体重 (RW)明显增加 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。其中 2 2例为特效 ,15例有效。 3例稀便 ,考虑为对此配方不耐受。结论　乳清蛋白水解配方奶粉治疗牛奶蛋白过敏性湿疹疗效显著更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effecttiveness of whey protein hydrolyzed formula(Nobiyaka) in the patients with eczema caused by cow′s milk allergy.Methods 37 patients with eczema caused by cow′s milk allergy were treated with Nobiyaka for 1 to 12 months instead of ordinary formula milk. The allergic symptoms and nutritional state were compared before and after treatment.Results After the treatment, blood eosinocytes and atopic dermatitis area and severity index(ADASI) decreased significantly in all patients (P<0.001). And relative weight increased significantly(P<0.005). Full effectiveness was recognized in 22 patients, and effectiveness in 15 patients;3 patients seemed to be intolerant to the formula, who showed dilute stool after the diet treatment.Conclusion Nobiyaka was noticeably effective for the patients with eczema secondary to cow′s milk protein allergy.更多还原
