【Abstract】 Asian maize borer, Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenée), is the most important pest insect of maize in China. It have been carrying out research for Asian maize borer since 1930’s. Advances have been achieved in Asian maize borer research, especially in artificial rearing techniques, dominant species and distribution, biology and ecology, screening and application of maize resistant to maize borer, toxicology and resistant to insecticides, natural enemies and application, yield loss and economic threshold, forecast and key control measures in recent two decades and more.更多还原
