大豆品种耐旱性的评价

【摘要】 产量变化是大豆品种耐旱性的综合体现,本研究提出用综合产量干旱指数(CI)法可将大豆耐旱性分为三类:CI≥0.600,为耐旱性强的品种;0.400≤CI<0.600,为耐旱力中等品种;CI<0.400,则为不耐旱品种。耐旱性强的品种,叶片叶绿素含量高,叶片较厚,叶片的水分临界饱和亏缺显著地高于不耐旱品种的临界饱和亏缺,耐旱性强的品种,干旱年份和正常年份下的粒/叶比没有显著差异,而耐旱性弱的品种,受旱后粒/叶比显著下降。耐旱性强的品种茎中导管的密度和口径都较大,木纤维细胞直径也较大。

【Abstract】 The variation of soybean yield resulted from the comprehensive drought tolerance. We pointed out that the comprehensive yield drought index (CI) could be used to grade the drought tolerance of soybeans. C =YI×DI. YI= Yield drought index among years, DI=Yield drought index among districts. High drought-tolerance varieties had CI≥0.600, the middle’s CI were arranged from 0.400 to 0.600, the susceptible’s CI were less than 0.400. The Oilorophyll content, specific leaf weight, water critical saturation deficit, catheter density, catheter diameter, wood fibre cell’s density were higher in strong drought-tolerance varieties than those of susceptible varieties.
