【摘要】 目的　探讨胃粘膜活检标本端粒酶和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达意义。方法　采用TRAP法及免疫组织化学方法对 12 2例胃粘膜活检标本端粒酶活性及PCNA表达情况进行同步检测。结果　胃癌组端粒酶阳性率为 88 1% (6 0 / 6 8) ,明显高于慢性浅表性胃炎组 (0 / 2 6 )及慢性萎缩性胃炎组 (4 / 18)。端粒酶表达阳性者胃癌组细胞增殖活性为 (82 9± 16 8) % ,明显高于端粒酶表达阴性组的 (6 3 8± 15 1) % (P <0 0 1)。端粒酶阳性率与PCNA计数值在胃癌组呈良好的协同性。结论　在胃粘膜活检标本中联合检测端粒酶及PCNA对阐明胃癌的发生发展 ,监测癌前病变及早期诊断胃癌有非常重要的意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of telomerase and PCNA expression in gastric mucosa obtained from endoscopy.Methods Telomere repeat amplification protocol(TRAP) and immunohistochemical methods were adopted to detect telomerase activity and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in 122 endoscopic specimens of gastric mucosa.Results Positive rate of telomerase activity in gastric cancer was 88 1%(60/68),which was higher than that in chronic superficial gastritis(0/26) and chronic atrophic gastritis (4/18).The cell proliferative activity in telomerase positive cases was significantly higher than that of telomerase-negative cases[(82 9±16 8)%,vs (63 8±15 1)%(P<0 01)].Expression of telomerase was well related with PCAN in gastric cancer.Conclusion The determination of telomerase activity and PCNA in endoscopic specimens of gastric mucosa may be helpful in elucidating the process of gastric tumor genesis,predicting malignant change of gastric mucosa and early diagnosis of gastric cancers.更多还原
