【Abstract】 Carré algorithm is widely used as a phase shifting method in optical interferometry. It is important to give a range for the phase step which could be adopted in the algorithm. The analysis given in this paper shows that any value except multiple of 110° can be used as a valid phase step while a phase step around 110° is the most effective and recommendable.更多还原
