喷气燃料低压临氢脱硫醇工艺的评价

【摘要】 简要介绍了直馏喷气燃料临氢脱硫醇 (RHSS)工艺 ,在原料适应性和产品质量、设备购置费、加工费和能耗以及对环境的影响几方面进行了分析评价 ,并与近年开发的无苛性碱氧化法进行了比较。结果表明 ,RHSS工艺与无苛性碱氧化法工艺相比 ,投资大致相当 ,RHSS工艺的加工费和能耗则较高 ,但原料适应性强 ,产品质量好。在原料品种多 ,性质变化大的情况下 ,应首选RHSS工艺

【Abstract】 RHSS process for removal of mercaptan from jet fuel in hydrogen atmosphere was briefly introduced. Analysis and evaluation of RHSS process on aspects of feedstock flexibility, product quality, equipment cost, operating cost, energy consumption and pollution on environment were made. Comparison of RHSS process and caustic free mercaptan oxidation process was also conducted. The results indicated that the capital cost of the former was equivalent to the latter while the operating cost and energy consumption of the former were slightly higher. However, RHSS process took advantages in terms of feedstock flexibility and product quality. In case of processing multi feedstock with fluctuated properties, RHSS process is preferably considered.
