抗滑落提升管反应器流体力学性能的研究
STUDY ON FLOW HYDRODYNAMICS OF ANTI-DOWN-SLIPPING RISER
【摘要】 针对传统提升管内固体催化剂颗粒的轴向返混现象 ,提出了一种抗滑落提升管反应器的结构形式 ,试验测量了提升管反应器气固两相流动特性、空隙率分布及固体颗粒速度径向分布。结果表明 ,抗滑落提升管反应器结构具有一定减弱固体催化剂轴向滑落的效果 ,抗滑落提升管预提升段固体颗粒浓度呈中心浓边壁稀分布 ,且催化剂颗粒速度径向分布较平缓 ,中心区域与边壁区速度之比约为 2~ 3倍。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the axial back mixing of catalyst particles existed in traditional riser, a new FCC riser structure was developed to eliminate the catalyst particle axial down slipping. The macro flow characteristics of gas solid two phase flow, the interval rate distribution and radial direction distribution of particle velocity in the riser were measured. The results showed that the new type FCC riser reduced the axial back mixing of catalyst particle. The particle concentration decreased from center to wall in the pre lifting segment of the riser; and the particle velocity distribution in radial direction was mild, the velocity at center region was about 2~3 times of that of wall region.
