【Abstract】 Entering into WTO will bring opportunities and challenges to China’s real estate industry development. Through the analysis of the influence of WTO upon China’s real estate supply and demand, real estate price, real estate service and the development of the real estate industry, this paper put forward the countermeasures to be taken.更多还原
