单侧下颌骨发育过度畸形咀嚼肌肌电活性的研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究下颌骨发育性不对称畸形患者下颌骨附丽肌的功能状况 ,探讨该类畸形与咀嚼肌肌电活性的关系。方法 :以 10例成年单侧下颌骨过度发育性不对称畸形患者为研究对象 ,通过肌电图仪测试双侧颞肌、咬肌、二腹肌在功能活动时的肌电变化 ,进行该类患者双侧咀嚼肌肌电活性比较 ;并以 10例正常下颌骨双侧咀嚼肌肌电活性作为对照。结果 :在单侧下颌骨发育过度性不对称畸形患者中 ,双侧咀嚼肌的肌电活性具有显著差异 ,其双侧肌电活性的差值与正常对照组也有显著差异。患侧的咬肌肌电活性明显弱于健侧 ,颞肌在紧咬牙时显示出与咬肌同样的特征 ,二腹肌的肌电活性则在患侧较健侧强。结论 :下颌骨过长时其附丽肌的肌电活性降低 ,双侧咀嚼肌功能出现不协调

【Abstract】 Ojective:To study the masticatory muscle activity in the cases with unilateral mandibular hyperplasia and the relationship between the deformity and the muscle activity.Methods:Surface electromyography (EMG) of temporalis,masseter and digastric was recorded in 10 adult cases with unilateral mandibular hyperplasia,The EMG of the normal side was compared with that of the abnormal.Meanwhile,the EMG of the 10 cases was compared with that of 10 healthy subjects.Results:The results showed that there was significant difference between the integrals of EMG obtained from two sides in 10 cases.The EMG of temporalis and masseter of the abnormal side was weaker than that of the normal side ( P <0.05), while that of digastric of normal side was weaker than that of the abnormal side( P <0.01).The differences of the integrals of EMG of temporalis,masseter and digastric of both sides in the cases with unilateral mandibular hyperplasia were stronger than those in healtly contrds.Conclusion:Mandibular hyperplasia may result in unbalance of the functions of masticatory muscles of two sides.
