应用激光快速成型方法复制下颌骨——(1)下颌骨CT断层像的三维重建
Fabrication of mandibula replicas with rapid prototyping by laminated object manufacturing--part 1: Three-dimensional reconstruction of human mandibula
【摘要】 目的 :实施离体下颌骨螺旋 CT断层像的三维重建。方法 :用透射式扫描仪读取用螺旋 CT平扫的层距1mm的下颌骨断层图象胶片 ,在个人计算机中 ,经图象预处理和配准后 ,用自编的图象处理软件由下颌骨断层像的边缘轮廓数据重建下颌骨。结果 :得到了下颌骨的三维重建数据模型并能三维显示、存储。结论 :重建方法可行 ,在颌面外科具有很好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 ?Objective: To achieve three dimensional reconstruction of human mandibula for the purpose of fabricating replicas of mandibula. Methods: The data of a human madibula specimen were inputted into computer after the processes of burying, scanning layer by layer by CT and recognizing. By the techniques of reconstruction, the 3D stereo mandibular model was retrieved from 2D digital data. Results: On the basis of those 3D data, computer graphics techniques were used to realize the lighted and shaded mandibula. Conclusions: Such data might be applyed for surgical planning particularly in maxillofacial fields.
