聚丙烯纤维混凝土和砂浆的塑性收缩试验研究
Experimental research on the plastic shrinking behavior of palypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and mortar
【摘要】 通过聚丙烯纤维混凝土和砂浆早期塑性收缩性能试验 ,研究不同含量、不同长度的聚丙烯纤维对混凝土和砂浆早期塑性收缩性能的影响 .试验结果表明 ,短切乱向分布的聚丙烯纤维掺入混凝土和砂浆后 ,可以减少混凝土和砂浆浇筑后的水分散失 ,并有效控制混凝土和砂浆早期塑性收缩裂缝的发生 ,是提高混凝土和砂浆耐久性的有效途径之一
【Abstract】 By the experimental research on early plastic shrinking behavior of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and mortar,this paper describes the effects of palypropylene fiber with different fiber fraction of volume and fiber length on concrete and mortar′s plastic shrinking.The experiment shows that the addition of polypropylene fiber is useful for concrete or mortar to reduce their shrinkage crack area,maximum crack width and water loss rates efficiently.
