层次分析法在城市小区物业管理效果评价中的应用
Application of AHP in effect evaluation for an urban living community
【摘要】 采用改进的层次分析法，对城市小区物业管理效果进行评价，从而针对中国目前普遍存在的新建小区、旧小区和公房售后小区的具体实际，选择出科学、合理的物业管理模式．
【Abstract】 This paper evaluates the effect of property management by using AHP method for urban living community,and selectes scientific property management pattern for new living community,old living community and so on.
