【摘要】 为了测试流体在高温高压条件下的密度、体积随温度和压力的变化规律，研制出高温高压PVT测试仪。测试仪主要由加热系统、温度控制和显示系统、加压和压力指示系统以及测试系统等组成。介绍了测试仪的主要技术指标和用途，并给出了使用时的操作规程。使用这种测试仪对完井液在不同温度和压力下的密度做了一系列测试，结果表明，高温高压PVT测试仪设计结构紧凑，测试方便可靠，用途广泛，维修方便。这种仪器还可用于评价各种处理剂的热稳定性和缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能等。更多还原

【Abstract】 To test the varying law of the desity and volume of fluid at high temperature and high pressure,a high temperatureand high pressure PVT tester is developed. The tester is comprised of heating system, temperature control and displaysystem, pressure device and pressure indicator, and testing system. The main technical parameters and use of the testerare introduced, and the operating procedure is given. The tester was used to test the density of well completion fluid atvarious temperature and pressure. The test result shows that the tester is rationall designed and can be easily controlled,and it can provide reliabe performance.更多还原
