操作参数对螺旋轴流式多相泵性能的影响
Influence of operating parameters on the performance of multiphase rotordynamic pumps.
【摘要】 用多相泵试验台架测试了泵转速、气体进口压力和含气率等操作参数对螺旋轴流式多相泵输送性能的影响。试验分析认为 ,气液混输工况下 ,提高泵转速可以提高增压 ,在一定程度上能改善多相泵的工作性能 ;含气率一定时 ,增加进口压力 ,可使多相泵增压值增大 ,泵效明显增加 ,最大含气率点后移 ,但含气率很高时 ,存在气液压力相匹配问题 ;改进缓冲罐和均化器的设计 ,有利于气液互相夹带 ,避免气囊产生 ,可改善多相泵的输送性能。
【Abstract】 The influence of operating parameters, such as pump rotation speed, suction pressure and gas content, on the performance of a multiphase rotordynamic pump is investigated. In pumping fluid with gas, pressure boost can be improved by enhancing the pump rotation speed, thereby improving the performance of the pump to a certain degree; when the gas content is constant, by increasing the inlet pressure, the pressure boost can be enhanced and the pump efficiency be improved remarkably;when the gas content is rather high, there will be a problem of matching between the gas pressure and the fluid pressure; the performance of the multiphase pump can also be improved by means of rational design of buffer vessel and homogenizer.
