不锈钢柔性石墨缠绕垫片的高温性能研究
Investigation of high temperature performances of spiral wound gaskets with flexible graphite filler. CPM
【摘要】 在垫片高温性能试验装置上,进行了不锈钢柔性石墨缠绕垫片压缩回弹性能、蠕变性能和密封性能的试验研究,得到了表征垫片压缩回弹特性、蠕变性能和密封性能的曲线及拟合计算公式。试验研究结果表明,不锈钢柔性石墨缠绕垫片的压缩量随试验温度和垫片压紧应力的增大而增大,垫片回弹性能随温度增高而下降;垫片在压紧应力下,常温亦有蠕变,蠕变量随温度的升高而增大;垫片具有较好的密封性能,常温下的泄漏率大多为10-4数量级,温度低于500℃时为10-3数量级;泄漏率和垫片压紧应力成负指数关系,压紧应力越大,泄漏率越小;与温度成指数关系,随温度升高泄漏率增大。
【Abstract】 On the test machine for determining gasket performances at elevated temperature up to 500 degree of Celsius, the mechanical performance and sealing behavior of spiral wound gaskets with flexible graphite filler are investigated. The fundamental regularity of gasket sealing at elevated temperature is discovered. The formulae are put forward by which compressive resilient performance, basic sealing behavior and creep property of the gasket can be expressed satisfactorily. Coefficients in the equations are obtained by regression analysis of experimental data. Gasket performances at elevated temperature can be predicted by its performances at room temperature. Moreover, the comparative analysis method of performances at elevated temperature of different types of gaskets is recommended. The results acquired in this article provide a basis for the gasket selection, design and tightness assessment of bolted flanged connections under high temperature operation conditions.
