机械结构的创新设计及其优化
Innovative design and optimization of physical construction.
【摘要】 在介绍应用变元法进行机械结构的创新设计原理后,指出设计时应遵循的8项准则。针对石油与石化设备易于腐蚀的弱点,着重阐述了结构的防腐蚀设计要点。为了优选理想的结构方案,应采用模糊综合评判法,在优选出理想结构方案的基础上,对结构中的重要零部件或机构辅之以优化设计和可靠性设计,以达到结构方案的综合优化。最后以石油钻机转盘3种结构方案为例,说明了应用变元法可以很方便地得到理想的优选方案。
【Abstract】 The principle for innovatory design of physical construction by means of variable element method is introduced, and the eight guide rules that should be followed in design are given. The design considerations of construction anticorrosion are expounded. To select an ideal construction scheme, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method should be adopted. on the basis of this ideal scheme, optimum design and reliability design of the key component parts and mechanisms of the construction should be made to realize comprehensive optimization of the scheme. By taking the three kinds of design schemes of a drilling rig rotary table as an example, it is proved that ideal design scheme can be sought out conveniently by using the variable element method.
