一种更精确的管道流量自动调节系统
A more precise pipeline flow autocontrol system.
【摘要】 在油气水三相水平管流的试验研究中,为便于流量计的在线标定,设计了一种更精确的流量自动调节系统。该系统由微机I/O卡和一个调节阀配用两个电子继电器代替常规流量调节法中的计算机内置D/A卡与伺服放大器,通过I/O卡两个输出端产生两个开关量分别控制继电器的通断,继电器的接通时间决定电动机带动输出杆的位置,从而控制流量。与常规流量调节系统比较,该流量调节系统能更精确、更快捷地调节流量,可大大降低成本,具有良好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 In the test and research of oil gas water horizontal pipeline flow, for the convenience of online scaling of flowmeters, a more precise flow autocontrol system is designed. This system adopts I/O card of PC and a control valve matched with two electronic relay instead of the D/A card and servo amplifier, the two output ports of the I/O card control the switch on/off of the relay, and the time for switching on the relay determines the position of the motor drive output rod, thereby the flow is controlled. Compared with the conventional flow control system, this new system is able to control flow rate more precisely and rapidly with low cost.
