一种石油磺酸盐组分分析的简便方法:膜渗析──质量法
A simple method applicable to component analysis of petroleum sulfonates-membrane permeated gravimetry
【摘要】 介绍了一种石油磺酸盐组分分析的简便方法──膜渗析质量法。本方法是根据石油磺酸盐、未反应油及无机盐在不同溶剂中溶解度上的差异,采用膜渗析分离技术使磺化产品中的石油磺酸盐得以纯化分离,并利用分析天平将分离前后的样品进行质量法定量的。由于膜渗析过程较一般的分离技术操作步骤更为简化,从而减免了许多因繁琐操作而引入的系统误差。经研究发现,该方法具有操作简便、损失小、测量精度高等优点,其分析样品的回收率可达97%以上,适用于一般石油磺化产品的组分分析和工业快速分析。
【Abstract】 It was introduced as a simple method that was suitable to the component analysis of petroleum sulfonates. In this method, according to the difference of solubility which sulfonates, raw material oil and inorganic salts in different solvents, the products of petroleum sulfonates were firstly and purified to a certain number of fragments by the membrane permeated technology. And then these Purified fragments were separately quantified by Gravimetry. After investigations, it was found that this method possessed many advantages such as easy-work, litter- loss and high- precision and etal. Its measurment Recovery can reach up to 97%. And it can be applicable to the general industrial fast analysis as well.
