【摘要】 目的:观察伯克纳喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效,探讨治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效方法。方法:对确诊为过敏性鼻炎的病例随机分成3组(治疗组、对照1组、对照2组),每组30例。治疗组用伯克纳喷剂,对照1组用新福林新霉素扑尔敏滴剂,对照2组用藿胆片(中成药)口服。统计疗效,并进行比较。结果:治疗组的有效率为93.33％,对照1组的有效率为80.00％,对照2组的有效率为70.00％。用伯克纳喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效明显优于对照1组和对照2组。结论:伯克纳喷剂是一种强效局部应用的糖皮质激素,起效快,持续作用时间长,疗效显著,毒副反应小,是治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To observe the efficacy of Beconase Spray in treating allergic rhinitis. Method:Ninety patients with allergic rhinitis were allocated randomly into Beconase Spray ,neosynephrine-neomycin-chlorphenamine drop and Huo-Dan-Pian groups. There were 30 patients in each group. Result: The total effective rates of Beconase Group, neosynephrine-neomycin-chlorphenamine drop Group and Huo-Dan-Pian Group were 93. 33% ,80. 00% and 70. 00% respectively. Conclusion : Beconase Spray is a potent, topical acting corticosteroid ,it acts quickly, its action lasts long, is effective and safe, and is thus an effictive drug in treating allergic rhinitis.更多还原
