【摘要】 研究以等摩尔的偏苯三酸酐和二异氰酸酯合成聚酰胺酰亚胺 .在反应过程中 ,于一定时间加入适量的封闭剂 ,使其与预聚物端基异氰酸官能团发生封端反应 .本方法使预聚物与封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂整合于同一分子上 ,克服单组份不加固化剂型聚酰胺酰亚胺溶液粘度大、贮存不稳定和加入封闭异氰酸酯固化剂型聚酰胺酰亚胺溶液需要单独合成固化剂及需要严格控制配比的缺点 .文中对合成工艺条件、实验结果进行探讨和分析 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The synthesis of polyamide\|imide with equimolar trimelltic anhydride and diisocyanate as raw materials by all\|in\|one was investigated. In course of the synthesis, a block agent was added to block isocyanato\|end group in the prepolymer. Thus the blocked isocyanate curring agent is linked with prepolymer in one molecule. This processing overcomes the shortcoming of traditional processing, such as high viscosity, bad stability and complicate operation. Finally, the technical condition and experimental result were discussed.更多还原
