防焦剂MTP合成工艺的研究
Study on Synthetic Process of Antiscorching Agent MTP
【摘要】 以二硫代双吗啉和邻苯二甲酰亚胺为主要原料 ,经氯化反应、缩合反应制备N 吗啉硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺 (即防焦剂MTP) ,工艺过程简单 ,容易操作 .当通氯量与二硫代双吗啉的摩尔比为(1 .0 3~ 1 .0 8)∶1时 ,产品收率可达 80 %左右 .选用 2 5 %氢氧化钠溶液作为吸酸剂和甲苯作为溶剂比较适宜 .
【Abstract】 N Morpholinothio phthalimide (Antiscorching agent MTP) was prepared from 4,4′ dithiobismorpholine and phthalimide by chlorination and condensation reaction. The process is easy to operate. The product yield can arrive at 80 percent under the condition: molar ratio of chlorine to 4,4′ dithiobismorpholine is (1.03~1.08)∶1. It is suitable to use 25 percent sodium hydroxide solution as acid absorber and toluene as solvent.
