硼酸对硫酸镁高温结晶的影响
Effect of Boric Acid on High Temperature Crystallization of MgSO4
【摘要】 硫酸镁溶液高温结晶生成MgSO4·H2 O ,在硫酸镁溶液中加入硼酸降低硫酸镁的极限饱和度 ,增加结晶推动力 ,使硫酸镁溶液的稳定性降低 ,有利于硫酸镁结晶生成MgSO4·H2 O ,提高MgSO4·H2 O的结晶产率 .当硼酸的浓度小于 4%时 ,硼酸不与一水硫酸镁共结晶 .
【Abstract】 The kieserite was prepared by high temperature crystallization from the supersaturated solution of MgSO\-4. The limit saturation degree was reduced and driving force of cyrstallization was increased when the boric acid was put into solution of MgSO\-4. The stability of MgSO\-4 was decreased with the addition of boric acid and yield of kieserite was effected by quantity of boric acid. The boric acid did not crystallized with kieserite at same time when concentration of boric acid is lower than 4 %.
