NiO/Al2O3及其改性催化剂对CPD选择加氢制备CPE的研究
Preparation of Cyclopentene from Cyclopentadiene by Catalytic Hydrogenation with NiO/MgO-Al2O3
【摘要】 在自行安装的具有气相色谱在线分析功能的固定床连续流动反应装置上 ,考察制备的NiO/Al2 O3 催化剂对环戊二烯 (以下简记CPD)选择加氢制备环戊烯 (以下简记CPE)的催化性能 ;并对通过添加MgO组分得到的催化剂NiO/MgO Al2 O3 对CPD选择加氢制备CPE的催化剂性能进行考察 .所制备的催化剂在 2 60℃、氢烃比为 1 .3、空速 1 2 0 0h-1、常压下反应 ,使CPD的转化率达 94.2 % ,CPE的选择性达 84.6% .
【Abstract】 Selective hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene(CPD)was investigated by using NiO/Al\-2O\-3 and NiO/MgO\|Al\-2O\-3 in a fixed bed reactor with online analysis. Experimental results showed that adding MgO may improve catalytic activity of catalyst. Under the followed reaction condition: ratio of hydrogen to hydrocarbon is 1.3, space velocity is 1200 h\+\{-1\}, at normal atmosphere and 260 ℃, the conversion of CPD and the selectivity of cyclopentene(CPE) over NiO/Mgo\|Al\-2O\-3 achieve 94.2 %and 84.6 %respectively.
