微波加热离子交换制备La,Sm/L分子筛催化剂

【摘要】 用微波辐射加热进行La3 +、Sm3 +离子与L沸石分子筛的离子交换 ,制备稀土离子交换型分子筛催化剂La/L、Sm/L .考察溶液浓度、加热时间、微波功率等因素对交换度的影响 .运用正交实验对Sm3 +与L沸石的离子交换进行直观分析优化 ,其最佳工艺条件为 :微波功率 65 0W ,交换原液浓度 0 .0 6mol·L-1,交换时间 1 5min .La3 +与L沸石的一次交换度为 2 6.2 % .对比实验表明 ,在相同工艺条件下 ,微波加热方式所用时间仅为传统加热方式的 1 / 3 0~ 1 / 40 ,沸石中稀土离子的交换度有显著提高 ,X 射线粉末衍射结果显示微波加热对沸石的晶体结构没有破坏作用 .采用“二交二焙”法可使Sm3 +与L沸石的交换度由 2 5 .1 %提高到 3 3 .6% .

【Abstract】 It is investigated the cations exchange of La\+\{3+\} , Sm\+\{3+\} with zeolite L under the heating of microwave radiation and the effects of cation concentration (\%c\%), heating time (\%t\%), microwave power (\%P\%) on the exchange degrees. The results showed that the exchange degrees of the cations in zeolite L can reached 26.2 %(La\+\{3+\}), 25.1 %(Sm\+\{3+\}) by one step exchanging, respectively. The exchange degree can enhanced to 33.6 % (Sm\+\{3+\}) by using the \!2 exchange 2 calcine" method. Meanwhile, the optimum operation conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment and were as follows: microwave power was 650 W, the original concentration of cations was 0.06 mol·L\+\{-1\}, heating time was 10~15 min. Comparing with conventional heating method, the heating time using microwave radiation technique was 1/30~1/40 of the former. Microwave radiation did not destroy the crystal structure of zeolite L.
