轻烃芳构化的系统研究(Ⅶ)——ZnNi/HZSM-5催化剂上混合碳四烃的芳构化
Systematic Studies on Light Hydrocarbon Aromatization (Ⅶ)——Aromatization of Mixed C4 Hydrocarbon Over ZnNi/HZSM-5 Catalyst
【摘要】 以混合碳四烃为原料 ,分别考察了活化气和高径比对ZnNi/HZSM -5催化剂芳构化性能的影响 ,考察了催化剂的重复性和稳定性。实验结果表明 :( 1 )活化气 (空气、氦气和氮气 )预处理催化剂对反应性能影响不明显 ,而用氢气预处理的催化剂其芳构化活性最高 ;( 2 )高径比对芳构化性能影响不很显著 ,但对液相产物的分布有影响 ;( 3)在温度 50 0℃、WHSV =1 .0h- 1条件下 ,芳烃收率可高达 54% ,反应 2 50h后 ,活性下降一半 ,显示出该催化剂较高的稳定性 ;经两次再生后 ,催化剂的活性均未发生变化 ,表明该催化剂具有较强的重复性 ,显示出ZnNi/HZSM -5用于混合碳四烃芳构化具有较高的工业应用价值。
【Abstract】 The reaction performance of the aromatization of mixed C 4 hydrocarbon on ZnNi/HZSM-5 catalyst was studied systematically. The repeatability and stability of the catalyst as well as the effect of different activated gases and aspect ratios on aromatization were investigated simultaneously. The experiment results had indicated as followings: (1) There are no significant influence of the character of the catalysts pretreated by different activated gases (atmosphere, N 2, and He) on the light hydrocarbon aromatization capacity, but the significant influence really exists in the aromatization if the ZnNi/HZSM-5 catalyst was pretreated by H 2. (2) The influence of the aspect ratio on the aromatization is not much notable, but on the liquid product distribution is notable. (3) The highest yield of aromatic hydrocarbon is up to 54% in temperature 500 ℃ and WHSV=1.0 h -1 . When the reaction continues for 250 hours, the activity of catalyst only descend half, it had proved the catalytic stability. After the catalyst was continuously regenerated twice, it keeps the same activity as before, these experimental results justified the longer repeatability of ZnNi/HZSM-5 catalyst. Therefore, there are some commercial value and prospect if the catalyst can be use for the aromatization of the mixed C 4 hydrocarbon.
