轻烃芳构化的系统研究(Ⅵ)——芳构化液相产物的定性和定量分析
Systematic Studies on Light Hydrocarbon Aromatization(Ⅵ)——Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Liquid Products of Aromatization
【摘要】 轻烃芳构化工艺中液相产品各组份的定性和定量分析对研究芳构化反应机理至关重要。利用标准物质GC方法和GC/MS法对芳构化液相产品进行了定性分析,共确定了23个组分,分析16min能够全部很好地分析芳构化产品。采用程序升温毛细管色谱法对其进行了定量分析,定量结果的相对标准偏差均小于3.0%。用已知标准样品进行了定量方法的准确度和精密度的考察,分别测定7次取其平均值进行比较,其相对误差均小于5.0%,相对标准偏差均小于1.5%,该方法符合分析芳构化液相产品分析的要求。实验结果表明,在500℃下用富含C4烯烃的石油液化气进行芳构化反应,所得芳构化产物中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的含量为82.221%,从而证明此催化剂是一种高效的芳构化催化剂。该方法具有分析准确度高、精确度好、分析时间短、操作简单及移植性强等特点,通过定性和定量分析,为评价芳构化催化剂提供依据。
【Abstract】 It was much more essential to qualitatively and quantitatively analyse liquid product components of aromatizaiton for studing aromatization reaction mechanism, The paper reported that the products of aromatization were qualitatively analyzed by using standard compound GC method and GC/MS method. Twenty-three compounds in the products have been identified, and aromatization products were analyzed completely and perfectly in sixteen minutes. The amount of each compound in the products has been quantitatively analyzed by capillary gas chromatography with programmed temperature. The error of the method was less than 3%. The accuracy and precision of method using standard compound have been investigated,show that means of respective determinations of seven times were compared to each other, its relative error is less than 5% and relative standard error is less than 1.5%. The method reached the requirement of the analyzing products. The experiment results showed that under temperature 500℃, the aromatization reaction of light petroleum gas composed C 4 alkene with suffice content over self-made catalysts was obtained the overall content 82.221% of benzene,toluene and xylene. It could be proved that self-made catalysts were a type of high efficient aromatization catalysts. Thus it can be seen , the method has characters of analytical accuracy ,high precision, simple operation, short analytical time as well transplant ability and so on, and the result of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis provide a scientific basis for making an evaluation on the catalyst of aromatization.
