高转化自由基本体聚合的数学模拟——三段聚合模型 Ⅰ模型的验证及表观反应速率常数的关联

【摘要】 基于前人的研究及对已有的试验数据进行分析 ,提出了一个简单实用的高转化自由基本体聚合模型———三段聚合模型。用文献中甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)和苯乙烯 (St)本体聚合的大量试验数据 ,验证了三段聚合模型的适用性和正确性。通过对MMA和St本体聚合的数据处理 ,获得了三段聚合模型中各阶段表观反应速率常数的通用计算方程
【Abstract】 WT5BZ]In this paper,a simple and useful model,three stage polymerization model(TSPM),proposed on the basis of recent evidences and our preliminary data processing of literature kinetics experimental results,is presented to account for the gel effect and glass effect in free radical bulk polymerization.Mathematical equations for the calculation of conversion based on TSPM have been derived.With the use of literature data and equations derived, general expressions of apparent reaction rate constants of the three stages for methylmethacrylate(MMA)and styrene (St)are obtained.The plots of experimental data presented by different investigators show that TSPM is suitable for describing the free radical bulk polymerization up to high conversion.[WT5HZ][
