乙烯生产装置中急冷锅炉结焦过程的数学模型与工业模拟
Mathematical Model and Industrial Simulation of Coking Process in Transfer Line Exchanger of Ethylene Plant
【摘要】 试验研究了乙烯生产装置中急冷锅炉 (TLE)的结焦过程 ,提出轻柴油裂解生产乙烯时TLE结焦机理为传质、冷凝 -表面缩聚反应机理 ,并证实了在TLE结焦过程中存在着特定的转折温度。当壁面温度高于转折温度时 ,传质、冷凝过程为控制步骤 ;反之 ,表面缩聚反应过程为控制步骤。根据上述结焦机理建立了TLE结焦过程的数学模型 ,并对工业装置进行了模拟 ,模拟结果与工业实测数据吻合。
【Abstract】 A set of micro-system was employed for investigating the coking process in a transfer line exchanger (TLE) for quenching pyrolysis reaction of ethylene production.It was developed from the experiment that the coking mechanism in TLE involved mass transfer and condensation-surface polycondensation reactions.The results show the existence of a characteristic transition temperature of coking process in TLE.Mass transfer and condensation process is the controlling step of the coking process when the surface temperature is higher than the transition point.Otherwise,surface-polycondensation reaction is the controlling step.Accordingly,the authors propose a mathematical model for the coking process in TLE for industrial simulation.The simulation results agree with the observed industrial data.
